1. How long until I receive my jewelry?
    Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.

    Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 72 hours (except Sundays and holidays), while engraved or custom orders may take 15-20 working days.

In addition, some design products require a series of modeling procedures, which takes 5-6 weeks. Please refer to the product details page for details.

2. Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping Fee (8-12 business days)

      The order amount between 0.1 to 68.99 dollars requires a shipping fee of 8.99 or 9.99 dollars.

  • Express Shipping (5-8 business days)

        You can choose from any order and it will cost $12.99 or 15.99 for shipping.

3. Where can I receive my order?

    It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.).

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

4. Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

    No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

5. Can I track my order?

    Sure. In the "my orders" section in "my account" you can see the status of your order. If you are not registered, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.
